Suggested Implementation

• Begin by gently massaging areas of tension/soreness in the body
• Progress by using body weight as leverage against the floor, chair, or wall to increase the amount of pressure imposed on the body
• If there is an area that is particularly tender, keep a moderate amount of pressure for 10-20 seconds and then continue massaging
• Avoid severe pain, numbness and tingling
• Only use the Myoball within tolerable range of discomfort
